Hi, I’m Jess—artist, educator, extension specialist, and the proud owner of Beck | The Collective. 

I’ve been behind the chair for over two decades, and in that time, I’ve found my true calling: creating elevated, intentional beauty experiences that go far beyond the surface. I specialize in Invisible Bead Extensions® and lived-in, dimensional color—and I built Sage + Strands Extension Studio to be a space where transformation feels safe, aligned, and beautiful from root to soul.

At Beck, my vision is simple:

To create a collective where stylists feel supported and inspired, and where every guest who walks through the door feels seen, heard, and cared for.

Whether I’m mentoring an up-and-coming artist, geeking out over scalp health, or pouring a second cup of coffee between color bowls—you can count on me to show up with intention, creativity, and heart.

When I’m not in the salon, you’ll usually find me soaking up time with my son Hawken, wrangling our three dogs, or dreaming up what’s next for this growing little empire.
