Meet Jaylyn
JayLyn has been behind the chair for nearly a year and will celebrate her one-year mark this January. She received her training at the Aveda Institute in Des Moines and has loved building her career in the beauty industry. While she enjoys all types of hair services, she especially loves working with highlighting and color.
Her approach is laid-back and fun, creating a comfortable experience where every guest leaves feeling refreshed and confident. A stylist who loves her tools, JayLyn’s must-have is her Bioionic curling iron, which she uses to create effortless, polished styles.
Beyond The Chair
When she’s not in the salon, JayLyn stays busy coaching volleyball and spending time with her dogs. A fun fact clients may not know—she was a collegiate athlete, competing in both volleyball and track before pursuing cosmetology.
Her go-to coffee order is a honey and brown sugar cinnamon macchiato, and she’s a big fan of Magoo’s Pizza, one of her favorite spots in Dubuque.
